Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monte Carlo Simulator platform at mc-simulator.xyz ("Service"), operated by Aethel. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is designed for traders and investors.

4. Your Account
Access to the Service is granted via the email address associated with your Whop subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Your subscription is for individual use only — sharing access with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access if we detect misuse.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is available through paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Whop.com. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your Whop account — access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. All billing disputes must be submitted through Whop. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
- Scrape, extract, or systematically download content or data
- Share, resell, or sublicense your access to others
- Attempt to bypass authentication or gain unauthorized access
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, and content comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Aethel. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Simulation results generated from your own data are yours to use freely.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aethel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Whop. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ukraine.
