Aethel ("we", "us") operates mc-simulator.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only the minimum data required to provide the Service.

We collect only the data required to operate the Service:

3. Information We Do Not Collect
- Payment or card details — handled entirely by Whop
- Trade history or CSV files — processed in memory only, never stored
- Passwords — access is token-based only
- Tracking data, behavioral analytics, or advertising cookies
- Data from users who are not 18+
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address and subscription status solely to: verify your subscription and grant platform access; send a welcome email when your subscription activates; respond to support requests; and notify you of important changes to the Service or these policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising purposes.
5. Third-Party Processors
Your email is stored via Supabase (EU region), delivered via Brevo (EU), and your subscription is managed by Whop. No other parties receive your personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address and subscription status while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for administrative and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Security
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted by authenticated API keys. Platform access uses time-limited JWT tokens — no passwords are stored. Supabase storage is encrypted at rest.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mc-simulator.xyz. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at mc-simulator.xyz/privacy.html.
